This was our first time ordering from this restaurant Our order was 68.00 we ordered Honey garlic pork it was very chewy and way to old, we ordered the Breaded prawns the batter was to doughy not cooked all the way and some of the shrimp was was to rubbery to chew also the house chow main and rice had no flavour we asked for extra plum sauce said I would pay extra we received 3 little packages and 2 packages of soy sauce not much for the size of our order. As a new Customer It was not a good experience throwing away food that we could not chew due to the poor quality that we were served .Manager / owner needs to improve the quality of the food that leaves the kitchen before it reaches the customer.

I have eaten pizza , calzones and their lasagna All I can say is excellent food. The dough is made fresh daily, their own pizza sauce and fresh toppings. If you want to try excellent food I highly recommend Ana's Pizza a family owned business with high standards

Gave us wrong take home order. Wanted order back to give to other customer , not!!! Cool After we brought it home and opened it ... Then gave me more food to make up for what we were missing but it was wrong dishes too and made me pay another 20 bucks , terrible service. I understand your running a business in a small town , all the more reason to take care of potential new customers and not try n save a buck when you made a mistake.

The waitress recognized us when we walked into the restaurant because we didn't give her a tip in our last visit (4 or 5 months ago). She asked twice. Today, March 14, 2015, the teapot had tealeaves on the outside when it was served and an old dribbled tea stain on the outside of the pot. There was a hair in the firstdish (beef tendon) we ordered and although it was replaced, it was almost inedible. The waitress deliberately splashed sauce on the table when she placed/threw the dish and the attitude of the waitress was arrogant and condescending. She asked the other waitress to give us the bill. We placed exact change in the tray. The other waitress came and said "The bill doesn't include the tip!" I said "yes, I know, no tips". On our way out, the first waitress was loudly complaining about us in Cantonese. Some customers embarassed us by glaring at us because of her loud complains. The quality of food and service have gone downhill in the last year. We will never go again.

I went in with 3 other people for Sunday Buffet- there was no sign indicating how much it was, but decided we wanted it. The pancakes were solid as a rock, hard and dry, the ham was over cooked and dry-could not eat it. the deviled eggs were crusting over.The chicken was over done. The fruit was old as well. we were there just an hour after the buffet started so the food should have been only an hour old but looked older.We were all very disappointed. Then I went to pay only to learn that this terrible dry and overcooked buffet was $19.00 plus taxes...could not believe we paid that much for a lousy buffet.I will never go there again or reccommend it to my Vancouver friends.

This charming town needs more restaurants that are run like the Atlas. The servers are well-groomed, friendly, efficient and helpful. The beverage list is extensive as is their menu. Each dish is prepared perfectly and the presentation is excellent. The portions, we found, were very generous and we were unable to finish our entrees (don't tell our Mothers). We had to leave room for dessert and weren't disappointed. Their chocolate cheese-cake is better than we had tasted anywhere else (and that includes New York). The cappuccino to finish was perfectly prepared and presented. When the bill arrived it was so reasonable we had to check it to make sure that they had not forgotten to add an item.

The name has changed to K & S Diner, so must be new owners since summer. Food is overall very good for fast food type of meals. Staff is friendly enough and seems to look after their customers quite well. Very informal setting and comfortable. Back room could be tidier (needs a good carpet clean) but seems like they are working on updating things. Hamburger was great and a nice surprise was that the fries are fresh cut, which reminds us of the days when the original owner had it. Couldn't find better fries anywhere back then and it was a nice surprise to see them offering them again. My wife found it a little pricey but I thought for the amount of food we recieved, we got a great deal. Over-all we had a nice lunch and will go back again.

This has to be my favorite restaurant ever. We dined here again tonight and Wow! Everything was perfect. The Waiter was most attentive. The food was incredible. (Amazing Ribeye steak and the Salmon was out of this world.) Nothing is left to chance. The waiter knew exactly what we needed moments before we even knew ourselves. I love the ambience. Complete nonsense yet intelligently put together. So much to look at, yet not distracting. Can't wait to go back.

My party and I had a less than positive experience at your establishment. Throughout service we had to deal with servers that were less than happy to be doing their job and to return side plates back twice as they were "dirty". At the end of our visit we were approached by our server who said that we were a "difficult table" and that she had overheard a conversation that she took offence to and that we should leave. We tried to explain our situation and asked to speak to the manager (apparently she was the manager). We were not rowdy nor were we rude. Service lacked hospitality and confidenciality and we are all left with a negative attitude towards your establishment.

Most of the servers are good. Entrees are great except the potato they are now serving. Great when they had the stuffed baked potato but the rest are not good. Salad bar doesn't have a great selection as they used to and now they charge extra for it. If you are going to charge then add more stuff!!!

We have eaten here many times but the service is terrible. The last three times we ate there they never ask us if our meal is good or if you would like another drink or even if you would like dessert. You are seated, one drink order and food order taken then they hand you the bill. THAT IS NOT GOOD SERVICE! Also always cold in there!

My wife and I visited this hidden gem last week for a dinner date. We were first impressed by the refreshing decor then by the wonderful waterside view. The menu was simple (in the good way) and had a hard time finding something we didnt want. I had duck confit and sooke trout, my wife, had the local heirloom tomatoes with boccacini and the chantelle bacon pasta. The food was excellent the service good, a great place!

We've been coming to the Rock Cod Cafe for a number of years now. Bar none, it is our favorite restaurant. The food is always good, the service always friendly and the value is unbeatable. Our favorite menu items are the fish & chips (both halibut & cod!) with the crab cakes coming in a close 2nd!

The restaurant is situated on the bottom floor of a 3 story structure that looks straight out of the Bavarian tourism guide. There is a charming out door area for dining when the weather is nice, which it often is in Parksville. Inside the decor was intimate and welcoming -- clean and bright with personal touches at the tables. The server was friendly without being imposing and the service was punctual. Prices are reasonable, the food was good, more "okay' than amazing, but a good value with a home cooked feel. The menu is extensive and caters to all tastes and age groups. They have a special seniors menu selection with smaller portions and lower costs -- a very thoughtful touch. All in all, this is a nice place to take the family.

I was served previously bitten spring roll and the waiter was waiting to see if I would eat it or return it... he then brought a new spring roll, no apologies, no excuses, almost like its the norm there. When I was leaving the place, he literally stopped me and told me that I did not tip him enough, when I tried to explain to him that it is 1) wrong, 2) un-sanitary to reuse food in such manner he told me that he does not want me to come back to his restaurant - I won't.

Gourmet-level cuisine in the middle of nowhere, at a breathtaking lodge. Owned and run by a Swiss bush pilot and his family - as clean as only the Swiss can be in the wilderness. Swiss dishes are their specialties. Friendly, pleasant service. We took a float plane tour of the region (very reasonable rate), caught huge fish on a remote lake during the tour, visited the nearby hot springs (110 to 95 degrees - amazing) and slept in a log cabin by the lake. This is a must-see if you are ever on the Alaska Highway in BC.

This Dairy Queen is the worst for behind the counter cleanliness. We visit this location more than any others. Under the ice cream machines is awful. Today Sun. Sept. 2, was a cup under the machine, & just plain dirty. The counter beside these machines were not especially clean. I have been there when a employee had a problem mixing up a blizzard, which went all over them, the counter & the floor. Another employee took a cloth, wiped the floor, then the counter & themselves, then tossed the cloth back on the counter, no doubt to use again before it was rinsed off. We only order ice cream products there, no food.

my teacup was firlthy. my husband's soup was so condensed he couldn't eat it. his order was wrong twice and my order of thai salad was wrong and i couldn't eat it.. after all this and a $30. pizza to go our bill was $70. the waitress/manager didn't even remove any of the food items that we could not eat. i will never, ever return to this restaurant

This is the rudest staff I have every encountered. We stood at the door waiting to be seated for 15 minutes eyeing the table for 4 outside and two table for 2 that were empty. It was about 8:30pm and the place was full otherwise. None of the staff acknowledged out presence. In fact, two of the staff pushed their way by us through the narrow entrance without a word. The last straw was when a couple arrived 10 minutes after we had been waiting and went to the bar to ask for a table. The waitress looked at us - an average well-dressed couple, then at a table with a family just leaving, cleared the table and gave it to them. I left for the Peninsula Chinese Restaurant next door where I was immediately greeted with a smile, seated and served a delicious meal. I will never go to Roman's again.

Fabulous Atmosphere and attention to detail . Relax and enjoy the ambiance in this one of a kind Restaurant. The Menu ranges from Lobster bisque for a starter to Rack of Lamb glazed with a black currant red wine sauce. The service was very personal and also Professional. There wine list includes 50 wines. Reservations suggested as they can be busy on various nights. Open Thursday to Sunday. A truly pleasurable evening. Fabulous. We will be back for That Delectable Chocolate Mousse. Thanks

AMAZING- I had their Tandoori chicken pizza about three years ago and have been dreaming of it since- no pizza compares- I was on vacation when I had it and it was the closet place to my hotel, but I moved here a week ago and almost died when I saw the place because I couldnt remember what it was called or where it was- Tandoori chicken pizza all the way- best ive ever had!!!!

Very poor food. In fact, the worst I've had at a pub or restaurant. I can't begin to describe the crap. We had calamari which was soggy. The tzaski was more like soup and flavourless. The spinach/artichoke dip was heavily salted and missing both ingredients. The taco chips were stale. Most amazingly unpalatable meal we've had. I could go on and on...but...stay away.

I have been going to this Subway for the last 10 years ( because it's the only one in my area) but I have never seen a friendly energetic stuff on! I am a regular Subway customer throughout the lower mainland and if I can I will avoid this location due to the service. ( friendliness and speed)

I have been going to this Japanese restaurant since they opened I have never been disapointed. The food quality has always been very steady, served in a friendly atmosphere. The owners are very good recognising regular customers and always treat their customers with freebees! The only reason I put a 9 for service is sometimes it get very busy (Friday and Saturday nights) and there is not enough cooks or waiters. But the owners are very attentive to the service and always make sure you are cared for.

Great place to go to. Wonderful atmosphere and really good food. Order the more exotic and legitimate Chinese dishes as oppose to the typical "chicken chow mein", "Sweet and sour pork", and "Fried rice." The hot pots and teppan plate dishes are the best. The dishes are full of vegetables and meat (no shirking on the ingredients.) Excellent hygiene. The bathrooms were kept in great shape. Always checked on several times a night. The manager used a very expensive sanitizer for the dishes, as well as the floors. Cleanliness was very important there.

I can't speak for all the food, the only reason I go there is for the Shrimp Ramen - which is very good. Ask for your tempora on the side, or they will put it in the soup and it gets soggy. Also make sure you get the chili oil for dipping. If you like Ramen, I would recommend trying this restaurant. It gets really busy, get there early for lunch.

We had spent almost a week in the area & by luck stubbled on to Gary's!! I had been there years ago & had thought they had closed down,but I was so excited to find them again & it was a great as I remembered it!! The Food is to die for,the service is fantastic,I love the decor & the owner is such a sweetheart!!! The amount of food you get is unbelieviable for the price! We had the Halibut & fries for 2....my goodness!! What a deal!!! If we had found Gary's sooner we would had gone their for the whole week we were there.We had some bad experiences at some of the other restaurants around the area & ended up going to Quaility Foods to eat because of the expereiences we had had but once we found gary's we were there for the last few days we had left.We highly recommend Gary's Bistrol to everyone that is in the Parksville/Qualicum area to stop in.I hope they enjoy it as much as we did.We are coming back next year & Gary's will be the place we'll be at most of the time.Thanks Gary & Staff for such a wonderful time.Keep up the good work!!

My family had a special occasion to celebrate and since we are from Bavaria this restaurant seemed to be the perfect place. I am sad to say that our celebration took a turn for the worse, when the Hungarian Goulash that is promised with freshly backed bread actually arrived with the bread still frozen in the middle. The main course was a further disappointment. We had ordered two Vienna schnitzel with spaetzle and sauce hollandaise. The meat was of very poor quality, almost impossible to cut and even worse to chew. The breading which is meant to be crispy was soaked in oil and the spaetzle were cold. After we had informed our waitress that the meals were unsatisfactory, she brought the cook to our table. His dress was less than desirable, the shirt unbuttoned to the navel, not what you would expect someone to look like when they talk to customers. After much discussion the waitress removed the plates from our table and brought our bill. To our surprise they were charging us for the meals minus the meat. We informed her that we were not willing to pay for meals that we did not eat. So instead she began swearing at us and told us she was calling the police. She returned to the table a few minutes later and decided it would be completely suitable to pour half the saucer of sauce hollandaise left on the table over me. This experience was a first in my life, a very expensive jacket ruined and my faith in German restaurants in Canada deeply wounded.

Way to go Rob! This is a GREAT breakfast place. My wife and I shared a blueberry muffin and breakfast bagel on our first visit. Best blueberry muffin anywhere!!!! Not cakey...but light and flavourful. The fried egg (sunny side up) was cooked perfectly for me and put on top of ham on a slightly toasted multigrain bagel. The yolk.. perfectly runny to my delight (think Spanglish sandwich!!) and just a joy to eat... yummmmyyy!!! We went their a second time for breakfast again... for the same things... apparently the locals "reserve" their blueberry muffin since it's so popular. My wife had the breakfast bagel... not as good as the first time.. but still a delicious!

I always enjoy the variety of delicious foods available at this restaurant. The Hot and Sour soup is my favorite, right along with salad and spring rolls. One caution...it's a shared bathroom for men and women. A little bit of a strange experience for most Canadians, I think. The owner has opened a new restaurant just over the bridge in Mission. The decor is trendy, and the food is just as good, however, I notice the prices are up from the Abbotsford branch. Nevertheless, an overall enjoyable experience.

Last Thursday, July 26th, myself and a group of friends -all students aged 19 and 20 began a weekend's stay at Whistler from Victoria. We were starving and hadn't eaten all day so we decided Pizza would be the best value, fastest meal. We ordered a large pizza each (5 in total). It took over an hour to be delivered which wouldn't have been so bad if the total bill (we also had a few dipping sauces) had not been $160!!!! We were EACH charged $3.00 for DELIVERY. The cost of one pizza for each of us came to $32.00!!! We could have gone to just about anywhere else in Whistler and had a sit down meal with full service for that price. The pizza itself was not even up to the usual Boston Pizza standard, the dough was under cooked and the toppings sparse. If you think that this was a fair price and that you get so many customers you can choose to ignore this, then I guess we will just accept the fact that we won't ever go to Boston Pizza again. We are frequent visitors and would like to feel that we could give you another try, so some sort of credit note would make us all feel a lot better! Phil James

Excellent find after 10pm Tuesday night when everywhere else was closed up for the night. Great food, varied menu (Jambalaya & Fish n Chips particularly as that's what we had, respectively), excellent choice of beers. Good service and helpful waitress even offered to call us a cab when we asked for help back to our bed at the Ramada hotel approx. 2 Km away up a very steep hill. Thoroughly recommend this place as it seemed popular with the locals too (mainly youngsters). Pretty little outdoors patio suitable for quiet and/or family dining too if indoors too noisy or busy for you. Big thumbs up from me folks!

I would like to start off by saying that we have been going to Doc Morgan's from the day it opened. I understand that it is now under new ownership and our first experience was not a good one. My daughter took a bite out of her chicken, and it was raw. Put us all off our meal. Furthermore, she ordered a BLT and the bacon was not cooked. We also received Ceasar Salads which were just Lettuce with a touch of dressing, no croutons. We also endured listening to the staff constantly complaining about how they were unhappy working there, not good PR if you ask me. I will not be back with my family and I will not be recommeding anyone to go there, unless I hear that improvements have been made. One had the ribs and said he had tasted better. It wasn't the greatest experience and we will never go there again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Having told we did not have any reservations, the manager gave us a dirty look and catered us off to the worst place possible. The service was minimal and non-existent. The food was good but portions were small. Definitely pricey. No. I have never been back here and never will.

I visited Breakers Pub while visiting via cruise ship in early July. Despite the rainy weather I found Breakers to be warm and pleasant. The place was crowded, but service was quick and friendly. All of the bartenders and waitresses were nice as can be. We sat at the bar, had several drinks and ate the 'cod and chips'. This was quite a meal, more than enough for lunch and very tasty. Wow! This is the sushi experience you've all been waiting for! I've been here twice.　　This landmark at the English Bay end of Denman Street provides all-you-can-eat sushi, sashimi, gyoza, tempura and many others! I did not need to make a reservation either of the times I went, although once was quite early (around 11 AM) and once was rather late (after 9 PM). The service was extremely quick and attentive. Both times, I picked up the tap for two. We ate the best Japanese food I've ever had - and the tab was under $50.00 both times! Gorge yourself on melt-in-your mouth sashimi and artistically pleasing sushi until the cows come home! After you're done, take a walk in Stanley Park..it's just around the corner. I should mention that I live in Winnipeg and not Vancouver. I've only been there to visit twice...if I lived in Vancouver, I'd be eating here at least once a week!

On our team day, our office attended Hazards for lunch. There was 13 of us. The first incident was when the waitress accidentally spilled 3 glasses of icewater down my back and soaked my sweater, shirt, pants and chair. She did apologize and said "at least it's only water." The manager did not attend our table to offer any type of apology or comp. Secondly, after our waitress had gone around the entire table and had taken our orders one by one, 3 of us did not get our meals at the same time as the rest of the group. Unknown if it's because the kitchen overlooked the orders or the waitress did not inform them. Our orders finally came just as the majority of our group were finishing theirs. Lastly, the bill. After all I had experienced, they saw fit to reduce my bill by a mere 10% with no comp offer. They apprently do not need our business. Needless to say, with that type of service, none of us will be returning. The food wasn't bad.

Well, I'm not sure if we caught them on a bad night but our first evening the Vanilla Pod was an unmitigated disaster when we ate there last week. Our first clue came when the owner, a sort of Basil Fawlty/Murray Walker type, tipped forward the seat of an elderly lady at the next table – with the elderly lady still in it – while airily holding forth to us on the merits of the Vanilla Pod. The poor woman nearly ended up face down in her soup. The menu, although hardly innovative, looked interesting so we ordered four small plates. Pan seared scallops, sable fish, quail and the ubiquitous beef short ribs. The seared scallops arrived in a timely fashion but were, unfortunately, burned on one side – the cook having cleverly placed the burned side down. We were so hungry we just ate them while wondering what that weird burned taste was. It was a good half hour before the sable fish showed and was so undercooked that it was cold in the middle. The steamed bok choy hadn't been washed properly and still had dirt between the stalks and the sauce was tasteless. When we complained to Basil he told us it was, mysteriously, because of 'the new wok'. He did, however, take it off the bill. Things continued in this manner and, next, it was the quail's turn to be overcooked with something strange and fermented going on with the fig stuffing. The beef ribs were tender and tasty but were spoiled by lumpy mashed potatoes (with pieces of raw garlic) and a glutinous brown gravy that had clearly been made from industrial strenght gravy granules. A nice little red wine reduction would have been more appropriate. Despite the fact that we were clearly dissatisfied with our meal Basil came over to our table after we had paid and asked ust to tell all our friends about the Vanilla Pod. I will Basil,don't worry I will.

My partner and I have dined at this restaurant a few times, and I am amazed at the comments of the previous reviewer. I have had the exact prawn dish referred to and found it absolutely delicious, light and refreshing, it's a perfect summer seafood dish. Other items we've had include: Sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce, rich, tender and absolutely amazing. The tomato soup, which was perfectly spicy and clean in flavour. Service has always been very good, sometimes excellent, yes some mistakes got made from time to time, but the server was always honest about it, and it never hurt our experience, sometimes gave us a good laugh. THe room is very cozy and warm and clean. We've dined here maybe 6 or 7 times now, and we will continue to go here, its a nice friendly little restaurant.

I love this place. The place has awesome food, especially breakfast. The banners breakfast is the best. The price is amazing for the amount you get. The environment is kind & sweet. A lot of elders go here because they know a good place when they see one, they've been around a long time. The menu also has a good variety. In the end I didn't pay and walked out with her still yelling at me. The food was horrible and I could not beleive the attitude of the manager. Worst dining experience I've ever had.

Four of us and an 18 month old child dined here this past March. This is supposed to be an upscale restaurant which is confirmed in the prices of the dishes - between $12 to $25 range. None of us felt that our food was worth the price paid. One plate had food that was barely thawed in the centre. I had a baked spinach dish which had a bland flavour and also had the texture of food which was brought straight from the freezer to the microwave. It was luke warm. The up side - the waitress was very helpful and made us feel good about having a child with us. Although we have lived in Mission since 1981, we will not be returnin to this "restaurant".

I understand each day the local ingredients are used to created these dished but they didn't look appealing at all and when you pay $74 you want some choice.

The calamari was wet and tastless, the chicken souvlaki was not good tasting, the salad was bad , the hummus was flavorless. This is the first time I have ever had a bad Greek experience and had to reach for the salt shaker often. Do youself a favour and go to Pasporos or Anatoli Souvlaki.

We recently had a meal in this restaurant with the following results: no soup available, draft beer not available due to lack of C02, Josh's special not available due to lack of spaghetti, when the waiter was asked what the special was, his monosyllablic reply was "pork", baby beef liver plate dropped on floor by waiter, waiter subsequently berated at length by supervisor who stood over the unfortunate fellow while he cleaned up the mess, the potatoes served with the baby beef liver were cold, one of our group had a meal served with a pickle that appeared to have a bite mark out of it, when asked what flavour jellos were available, the waiter did not know but said red when colours were requested, several diners could not pay their bill after completing their meal for some time because there was no one at the till for several minutes, the front door was locked shorty before 7 pm to prevent more diners entering the restaurant which also prevented some diners leaving the establishment for several minutes, and while the waiter that served us appeared to be inexperienced, he subsequently revealed that the dinner he dropped was the first one in four years of waitering!!

We read the review from the 4th of March and thought "how could it be that bad? The Creek House Restaurant has always been ok in the past." We had a coupon to buy one entree and get the 2nd at half price, so we decided to see for ourselves. It has definetly gone downhill since the last time were were there. We arrived on time for our 5 o'clock reservation. A group of 14 seniors arrived at the same time. We were greeted, seated and ordered promptly. Our food arrived 25 minutes later. We both had chicken souvlaki. I asked where the pita bread was as it is usually always included with a greek meal. The waitress went and came back about 5 minutes later with a plate with tzatzike and about 6 slivers of pita. The chicken was fine, the rice was gooey and the seasonal vegetables in the menu description never arrived at all. True to the previous review, the greek salad had ONE olive... pitt included! We each had a soft drink and it was very small with lots of ice and there were no refills offered. The bill was itemized and rather high! $4.00 for 2 small pop and a whopping $6.00 for the pita bread. Ripoff! $38.00 for a so so meal with a 1/2 off coupon... I won't be rushing back anytime soon. And as for the group of seniors that arrived when we did.... we had our coats on and were heading out the door and they still didn't have their food!

Definitely not an experience likely to be repeated. The service right from walking through the door was poor - we were seated in a very high staff traffic area when there were many other seats available. But even being in a highly visible area we were ignored for over 10 minutes after being seated. The service continued to be slack - the waitress did not make any attempt to be friendly - she did not even say hello or introduce herself. We ordered about 25 minutes after being seated waited again for another 25 minutes before anyone came and checked on our drinks which were both empty for at least 20 minutes. Bread and salads arrive at the same time. Salads were sat too long before being served and had so much dressing on them they tasted like soggy lettice and spinach and not worth eating. The entres arrive about 45 minutes after the salad plates had been cleared - the plates we almost cold as were the vegetables, I had the mixed fish plate - the salmon tasted burned, as did the prawns and scallops - the prawns had no flavour and we obviously frozen rather than fresh. The baked potato came with a large lump of butter already melting - I would have prefered not to have that - but it hadn't been an option. My partner had the BBQ ribs which he said were dry and chewy, the vegetabes again were not warm and over cooked. We were so dissapointed with the service and the quality of the food that we decided to leave without looking at the dessert or coffee menu. The waitress walked by us as we were getting up to leave but didn't bother to acknowledge us in any way. Would certainly not recommend Zougla to anyone and would likely tell people not to bother going there.

The atmosphere at Finz is amazing. Being able to look out into the Shuswap Lake makes eating there even more enjoyable. The food is fabulous as well as the staff. It is a fun place to eat, visit and to enjoy the scenery of the Shuswap. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was one of the worst dining experiences ever!!! From the moment we seated to the end. I had planned a diner for 9 of my bowling executive and chose this place in Richmond BC because of prior engagements I have held there in years past. We were seated and asked about drinks and appetizers? Upon making several choices, we were told??? not to order them because, it would take to long to prepare? We canceled some.The one's we did choose, our waitress forgot to enter them? Main courses arrived,5 of the 9 were ICE COLD. One was not even cooked. I called for the manager and her response was that they had received numerous complaints about the seafood pasta dishes but that's what we have. Even after admitting this, we were still required to pay for these meals at a 10% reduced price? I was so outraged and everyone wanted to leave. We paid and went to another establishment to enjoy our evening. I would hope that the upper management of your organization takes a closer look at this location and modify everyone's efforts.

Nothing in this world could top a "Mikeburger". I was driving in Kamloops one day last summer, and stumbled upon an original concept "Mr Mikes" franchise. I hadn't seen one in about 15 years!!! We used to have 2 locations in Kelowna, but unfortunately do not any more. It's a shame, as, I think that they would catch on a lot better here now. I guess for now my closest location is Kamloops. It is definately worth the drive for great food and great service!

We had a bad experienced at church's north road the stories goes like this.Wenesday feb.7 2007 9:15 in the evening we came in, the manager of the store was on the counter.we assumed that she will take our order but bcoz it took as for how many minutes coz we'are chosing a food to order.Shes pouting to the max n gave us a sharp look as if she wanted to eat us n she walked away.Her subordinate took our order,we are wondering y thier manager acted that way.we ask if what time the store close the filipina crew said 10:00 oclock so we thought that, thats the problem they wanted to close the store early n go home.but y they still let us came in n acted that way.instead of putting closed on the door.The most annoying part was, when we were eating that so called manager shes on the counter n keep on giving us a sharp look as if she wanted to kick us out of the store.We really did'nt enjoy our dinner that time,we ate as fast as we can so we can go out before the closing time,luckily we finished n go out 10 minutes before 10 oclock.The so called manager left the store ahead fo us.The food was delecious for us coz we love church's chicken our clan loves church's chicken too.We are so disappointed of the service that we recieved,i would say that, that fiipina manager shoudnt be in her position n need more training coz she dont know how to manage the costumers needs.To the church's chicken management hope you will put an action on this.So that it will not happen to the other customers.

I walked in to this bar with four friends and I walked up to the quiet bar to order some drinks for us. After a while of no service I walked closer to the "bartender." When I very obviously flagged her down she said to me, "Do you see what screen with the hundred drinks next to you? Do you see the sign above your head?" The sign read staff only of course. So I asked if I should move back to where I was she ignored me. So I went to the table where my friends were seated instead and hoped the waitress was kinder. The waitress was cute and friendly but when I joked about the bartender she surprised me and said the bartender was also the manager of the restaurant! Anyway I ordered a drink and finished it once it finally arrived. Then I began helping my friend finish his pitcher of winter ale that no one else was interested in. The bar girls started yelling that if everyone didnt finish their drinks they would take them away. Wow ok so we started drinking and I refilled our glasses. Then a new waitress came to us and actually tried to take our drinks out of our hands. I resisted. She fought me and of dumped my drink all over. But then...!.. She splashed me with a pitcher that was in her other hand! haha. Anyway I stood up and looked at the other patrons who watched in amazement and I said, "I didn't do anything to deserver THAT." And I left. Long story short I have NEVER been treated so strangely and poorly in Vancouver. Most businesses appreciate customers. Oh also, my good friend painted the mural that sprawls over the largest wall in this restaurant. So I had high hopes.

Our experiance at Caribou Restaurant was down right discusting. After finding a long black hair in our food the owner suggests we just get a new plate of food. First of all the why would we want to eat the food where someones hair was mingling? It was a smorgasboard after all. There was no offer as a free meal or a discount. We stopped eating right there and had to pay full price for the horrible food.

The first thing I noticed were signs on the washrooms saying you couldn't use them if you weren't buying.(I was told by the waitress that if needed I could use it by paying a dollar, a practice that has long been illegal I believe.) This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to! Reservations on New Year's Eve 2006, and this restaurant was out of half of it's menu. Not only did it take the waitress 25 minutes to come to our table to fill our water glasses, it took another one 15 minutes to come and take our order once we could find something that we actually wanted to eat since there was nothing left to eat! The meal,I would classified as ok - since I couldn't have what I wanted. The bill was basically thrown to us and desert was never offered. New Year's eve is once a year, this restaurant will never see me, my family or my friends that I was with again.

This is a good example of how great places can go bad. Hamburger Mary's used to be good. Food has beome disappointing and greasy. Staff at this restaurant were UBELIEVABLY rude. In the thirty years I've been going to restaurants, I have never had worse customer service. My wife ordered a Strawberry Cheesequake blizzard with extra cheesequake and they didn't put any strawberry in it. When she took it back, the young teen girl behind the counter told her that it was her fault for ordering something different and that's how these things get screwed up. Instead of making her a new one, they put a little bit of strawberry sauce into a cup and handed it to her. She was expected to mix it herself in an already full blizzard cup. She ended up not eating it and we have not been back to that restaurant since. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, except it's the only DQ in chilliwack. Maybe they think they can get away with it because they are the only one.

It was unbelievable. We have been to Mcdonalds many times and this one has been repeatedly the worst one. In the summer there was a young employee who had just gotten off work and was walking around the front with his shirt off helping himself to pop and ordering food from the worker side of the counter. Very gross. Everytime we go in the younger workers are joking around, sometimes swearing or not doing anything at all. Meanwhile, the tables are a mess, and trays are everywhere. I was actually given my food in a bag the other day because they hadn't cleaned the trays yet, and my family of 4 was eating there. The only thing positive about it is that generally the staff are friendly enough, when not standing around and some actually are trying and working hard.

Wonderful discovery! The restaurant is on the water (the only one on Galiano that is), with views of Mount Baker, the other islands and the greenery of Galiano. Better even than the view, the food made this a memorable visit. We loved the asian touch to the ahi tuna, the prawn and scallop appetizer was to die for. (Can you tell we're seafood lovers??) And the chocolate lava cake for me was the piece de resistance. My partner had the trio of creme brulees (the flavours change frequently. The wine list was great (lots and lots of B.C.) and the service friendly yet special (not too formal). If I had one comment to add it would be "Fantastic!". If I had one suggestion to add it would be promote the blackberry signature martini more: it was the best.

I have to say that their wonton soup was my favorite and we had it for lunch everyday. On our last day there, we ordered $50 worth of takeout for our trip back home. We went for brunch. Service was excellent. Server was friendly and efficient. My husband had the eggs benny sampler (one bacon, one salmon, and one crab) and I had the benny with crab. These were the best bennies we have ever eaten, and we have had MANY bennies in many places. The eggs were done perfectly (and poached the proper way, in water). Holandaise was superb (homemade and lemony)! I highly recommend this restaurant for brunch.

Lovely restaurant, but sometimes they try a bit too hard to be "high toned". Their meat entrees are generally excellent, but they tend to choose "fancy-schmancy" over "fresh and tasty" in their vegetable accompaniments. The Bella Vita's meat courses are good enough to not need propping up by pretentious side dishes. I, personally, far prefer fresh vegetables properly cooked and attractively served to an unrecognized concoction smothered in "something". It would be nice if they offered a baked potato with classic toppings as an alternative to their "fancy" offerings (although their rice is very good). Just my opinion.

Went back to to the place where they said all the food in Kimberley is good and said don't let anymore people fall into the trap. She then told me that that the person that calls himself chef Bernard. has been ripping off tourist for 15 years now and non of the locals would ever think of goind there. As a Certfied Chef myself I felt this Bernard I is A Quack.No true chef would let food come out of his kitchen like what we had searved to us. Was passing through Osoyoos and decided to have breakfast at this place. Big mistake. The food (eggs, pancakes, hash etc) came cold. The pancakes were undercooked too. When we mentioned this the waitress and the owner began interrogating us as to why we did not complain earlier. We were tired and hungry. We picked at as much of the plate as we could as we did not have time for them to fix the order. The owner said he asked the cooks if the food was left to sit long before delivery, and he said that it was taken right away....therefore it could not have been cold. Essentially he called us liars. We only ate about 20% of the meal. All we were looking for was an apology and a good-will discount on the order. Neither were given when we asked. Terrible place. I can't recommend it to anyone. $30 (for 2 people) down the drain. We ate lunch at the Whitespot in Pentiction about 45 minutes later to fill the gap. Fortunately that was a much better experience.

Recently visited this unpretentious restaurant while on vacation in Kelowna and went back for a second meal. We had spinach and feta in phyllo pastry appetizers, salad, and a chicken and asparagus pasta dish. All were excellent. There is a good selection of BC wines and a nice patio with plenty of space. Definitely worth a visit.

Meal presentation is always colorful, portions are more than ample, you are bombarded with visual and olfactory delights, and the value is definetly there. The entire staff pull together to get the job done, its efficient, hopping busy, fun, and inspiring to watch. We stood in a queue for a 15 mins to order "south of the border" chicken burgers. Then we were given a large number to display and went off to find an empty table. 5 mins later our food came out.It was HUGE! We both found it to be delicious- fresh chicken breast, peppers,guacamole, salsa, lettuce,tomato and onion. Delicious! A little pricey for regular lunches but the ambience makes up for that. It was buzzing with people and interesting things to look at. Well worth a visit in my opinion! PS: Lunch was so huge that I did not eat for the rest of the day! (Apart from the ice cream cone I ate on the way home!)

I found our server to be very aloof. She was very short with us and very rude. The food came luke warm, and we weren't even asked if we would like a refill on our coffee. Needless to say, this reflects badly on the Restaurant Manager. I was very dissapointed and will not return to the Omega II again.

Yesterday, (August 18, 2006) my supervisor and I, (and my supervisor is the Chief Operating Officer for Thompson Rivers University, Open Learning) took a colleague of ours to Manolis for lunch. Starting Monday,she is relocating to our Kamloops office and our in-person visits will be c'est la vie! So this was a "good-bye" lunch for her, in essence. We ordered our dishes and were 3/4 of the way through them, when suddenly Yvette stopped eating, put down her fork and said, "Oh my, look what I've got!" And with her fork she directed us to the black fly in amongst the remains of her Greek Salad. We called our server over and she was quite aghast, I must admit, removed Yvette's plate, apologized and offered to bring her another lunch. Yvette declined. Needless to say - that will be probably the last time we dine @ Manolis and also the last time I will refer others to dine there as well. When the bill came, my dish and my supervisor's dish were on it. I think Colin applied the tip accordingly; personally, I wouldn't have left one. I think at the very least, the owner and/or manager should have come out and apologized to us in-person and I think they should have offered all of us, a free lunch on our next visit - IF - there is a next visit. Delilah's was just a spectacular experience. Everyone in my party had the time of their lives. We found out about it in the Zagat Survey 2007 and the "excellent" rating was right on. Food was delightful and fresh with new twists on old recipes that I have never before indulged in, and the martinis are certainly all that they're made up to be. Service was charming and campy and the entire evening was just surreal. I recommend Delilah's to anyone and everyone - a must visit!

We dined in your Kamloops restaurant Aug 1st on our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We usually enjoy the food at Boston Pizza. The waitress we had was in a bad mood and it seemed that we were treated more as a pain than as potential returning customers. We were the first customers in the section that we were seated in. Four other families arrived intermittently behind us. They were both served and given their bills before our table. We were finished our dinner for at least 10 min with her going by us from table to table at least 6 times without stopping to ask if we would like anything else. All of our dishes were stacked at the end of our table, in plain view, and were ignored. My husband eventually had to say, "Excuse me" when she went by again and ask for the bill. We were considering desert but by then we just wanted to leave. My Fettuccini Alfredo was awful, it was not thoroughly cooked and when it was mentioned she apologized but nothing else was offered. I did not eat it and we were still billed. This was very disappointing as we had decided to go out as a family, instead of being romantic by ourselves, and in the end our evening was ruined. I am a big donair fan, and I have had donairs at many shops in Greater Vancouver. The Sultan's Delicious Donair has the best tasting donair in town...not only that they have the cleanest store with a modern look as well as friendly service. All the ingridients are fresh and they put lots of meat. If you haven't tried it you got to check this place out, and if you have tried it, you know what I am talking about. This place is good both for takeouts as well as sit downs.

I was not terribly impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered a Lagoustine and chicken breast Madagscar. The di(bleep)self was not what I expected, what grossed me out was the strips of chicken breast which looked and tasted (fake) , at worst like tasteless pressed tofu, at best like a pressed meat(I hope)or other product of unknown origin. For what has the appearance of a higher end restaurant, I was extremely disappointed. My firend ordered a grilled halibut but it was dry and tasteless. Guess I won't be going back.

The food at this place is the single reason to make an attempt to get the attention of the servers. One of them seemed utterly put off by the fact that we wanted to order food--what is this place--a restaurant?! He proceeded to ignore us and stand near the counter doing absolutely nothing while the other server ran around serving everyone. As I said, the food is great. The "diced szechuan chicken," (while not diced in any meaningful sense of the word) was delicious. One of the servers was polite and seemed aware that we were being ignored, but her attempts didn't really go far toward the fact that it took 30min just to order our food and then another hour for them to bring it all out. By all, I mean that they brought one dish out 15 minutes from when we ordered, (naturally not the rice that came with the dish) and the rest of it 45 minutes later. Our tea was refilled in a relatively timely manner, however. The place (while not completely filthy) could definately have used a severe once-over--the floor was disgusting, and I was sorry to only have noted its appearance upon leaving. The fire extinguisher perilously perched upon the wall nearest the kitchen had a single note scrawled upon the tag: LOANER. At any rate, if you have a terrific immune system, all night to waste, and don't mind general neglect from your server, eat here. It's tasty.

I actually used to work at denny's in terrace and I found them to be disorganized and to be extremely poor in terms of their training. I was subjected to their company videos for hours and then left to a busy dining room with a lot of servers who weren't in a position to help me because of their heavy work-load. I was told by one manager there to call in to see if I was needed to work. After doing so, I was told to wait for a return call. Three hours later, after receiving no return call, I called once again only to be told that I had been needed. Nevertheless, on two occasions I returned as a customer ( I had quit my job there ) and I was given very poor service and worse food. After waiting over an hour and twenty minutes for my breakfast (our waitress was ignoring us ), I inquired and minutes later got a breakfast I wouldn't serve to my dog. Don't go there.

Salad bar is a joke, romaine lettuce chopped up in one bowl...regular garden salad(out of a bag)in the other bowl....and some croutons in the third bowl. Thank God they could spare some dressings! And that's their salad bar. Wow, huge selection !! Pop was flat, I had to get my own cutlery from the table next to me, and when I got my steak dinner the waitress didn't ask or offer any steak sauce, ketchup, etc. Place is also drafty to boot. Food quality itself was okay but overall I'm not impressed and probably won't be back.

It's Sunday, almost 11:30, and the dining area is almost filled with people. The striking thing about this? It's coming towards midnight. I experienced this just moments ago, at Ho Yuen Kee restaurant. It's an authentic Chinese / Hong Kong style establishment, if ever I dined in one. On my travel to Vancouver from Baltimore (on the east coast, just north of Washington, DC), I was excited to try some of the restaurants after going through dozens of reviews from different websites about the Chinese food in town. After two nights of Googling and reading, my head still swam in a sea of opinions, unable to decide just which place I would try first. I decided on HYK after reading a review by another entry, after a single notation the reviewer made about the place. My instincts told me that Kee might be just the place. My first time was on a Friday evening, around 7:30pm. My GPS car navigation guided me right to the front door, and the visual indications suggested that this might be a great start for eating. Asian people kept entering the place, and to me, that's a great sign. Walking in, I peered through the clear and frosted glass of Chinese characters to witness that it's packed with Chinese. Standing and sitting were others, waiting to be seated, so I added my name. Fortunately, I was seated in the back, right next to the pick-up table, on one side of a clear glass barrier where one of the kitchen staff (I assume, the head cook) worked hard among billowing steam, preparing dishes. I ordered lobster cooked with garlic spices over sticky rice, cold jellyfish, and Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce. The tea came shortly after the order, and it tasted better than many Chinese restaurants that I've dined. The jellyfish seemed a bit typical, the vegetables were perfect - hot and crisp - and the lobster succulent-sweet. After the meal, I was treated to a bowl of red bean dessert, a very tasty and flavorful hot "porridge," sweet, but just so. So, I decided to try Kee's a second time, so I arrived after 10pm. I've tried this approach at other restaurants, and leave feeling let down, as the food tends to be not freshly-made. I had my thoughts on the king crab, since I've never had the crustacean served fresh before. The server's eyes lit up, but she explained that if I ordered it, the crab would weigh around 7 pounds and cost over $20 per pound (so, do the math). She suggested the fresh-cooked prawns, and I asked for it to be cooked in a spicy garlic mixture. She brought out around 9 large, live shrimp in a plastic bin, saying they weighed a pound. With the shrimp, I also ordered mustard greens in garlic sauce and dried oyster, preserved egg and pork congee. I'm sorry the review is so long, so I'll get right to it: The food was even better than my first visit. The shrimp was so good, I ate both head and tail sections; the vegetables were perfect; and the congee was the best I had ever had. I also ordered a dessert, ginger-flavored braised milk. OMG, excellent (it takes 15 minutes to cook, but it's well worth the wait). Go there, get off the beaten path and order some authentic dishes. Bring others and dine "family style" (where dishes are shared among all seated). The prices are more than reasonable, the staff is pleasant to answer questions and help, and you wind up feeling like you've just visited a true Hong Kong or Chinese eatery. If you're still not swayed, here's some background about me: I've eaten at different restaurants in the Chinatowns of Washington DC, Seattle, San Francisco, Toronto, New York, Philadelphia, and Boston, on many occassions over the past decade. I must say without hesitation that Ho Yuen Kee is the best Asian restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of dining. While waiting for your food, look around. People bring their infants, children, spouses, parents, and grandparents. Round tables are filled with almost a dozen Chinese each, sharing great times and food. The staff eats the same food they prepare. And I think I was one of 2 non- Chinese eating here. Vancouver, this restaurant, Ho Yuen Kee is a polished gem. And I've saved its location in my portable GPS unit, hoping to some day return.

We were a group 7 including 2 young children aged 6/7. The individual pizza was big enough for only a small child with very little as toppings and cost $9.95; what a waste and burned on the bottom also. The jambalaya was of mediocre taste quality. The children's menu overpriced. The beef sandwiche was not enjoyable. My order of diablo pasta with extra hot peppers came beyond suiside level of heat overloaded with Thai peppers that only a suicidal heat monger would have been able to consume. They could have been sued for their carelessness in prep. I would never go back again. No one enjoyed their meals. P.S. The Boston Pizza in Stony Plain, Alberta should get commended on the quality and tastefulness of their food, particualrily the Fetticine Jambalaya, my favorite. MJD

My reference for a good Greek Resturant is one called Simpatico's on 4th Ave. in Vancouver who make the best Homus, Pizza (whole wheat), Lamb, and Cornish Game Hen. Greek Islands comes very close, and living in the valley and having a craving for Greek means I don't have to drive into Vancouver to get good quality Greek food. We've been here many times and have never had a bad food or service experience. It's always busy so if it's important, make a reservation.

I think the Pizzas might be a bit overpriced... but then all of them are for what you get... Petes also sells other foods such as Pasta and other Greek/Italian dishes. They have Delivery. Some other places may have one or two 'specialty pizzas' that you might like better than a similar one at Petes, but overall the quality and taste is consistent and they're still the BEST.

The first time I went there to get one of their cheap $5 pizzas, it was so hot inside that the poor guy wrapping/boxing the cooked pizzas had sweat profusely dripping down towards the pizzas he was cutting up and boxing. He's wipe his brow with his forearm and pressed on like a trooper. I find pizza is usually salty enough without someone's sweat dripping on to it. Go to Pete's Place if you want good pizza in Mission.

Definitely the BEST fish and chips in the Fraser Valley ( although there's one in Abbotsford called C-Lovers ) that might be just as good. Excellent halibut dinners and if you don't mind Cod, they have an All You Can Eat selection. The French Fries seem to be from real potatoes and are quite good. New owners as of a year or two ago, but they seem to have kept up with the quality the Wee Chippy is known for. If you like Fish and Chips, you'd be hard pressed to find a better Fish and Chips place.

The Prawn Garden is OK, and likely the BEST Chinese food in Mission, but it does not come close to many Vancouver Chinese Resturants such as ON-ONs on Kingsway in Burnaby where the prices are lower, the quality is excellent and the food is consistently very good. Just not as much flavor and a bit too pricey for chinese at the Prawn Garden...However, saying that, if you must have Chinese tonight, it's the place to get it in Mission.

Just had lunch at Troll's Horseshoe Bay and must say it was the worst meal I have ever eaten. Had a clump of what looked like hair mixed in with my fish and chips. We didn't buy out the resturant and we agreed on minimum spent per person, not minimum spent for the whole night!!! The owners refused to come talk to us. The resutant decore is a bit dated and the music a bit old but none of this matters as the location is right on the beach and the food was GREAT! Located on Marine Drive downtown Powell River with a view on the Pacific ocean. The staff, the service and the FOOD... the FOOD !! Mmmm..!!Everything is homemade. The place sits 25-30 person max, so you have to get there early in the afternoon or be patient if you get there on meal hours. But it's worthy the wait, the stop or the trip! Let me preface my review with the fact that Maxican food is my favourite type of food to eat. I have eaten at other Mexican restaurants in the city and been happy with the food and service, but that was not to be the case with Las Margaritas. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by a hostess wearing a Lulu Lemon tracksuit (very unprofessional) I should have known that the evening was to be a disaster. We ordered the ceviche appetizer and it arrived quickly. The flavours were nice, but not as full as I had hoped from this normally quite pungent fish in lime juice dish. Before we were even finished our appetizer, our server showed up with our main courses and managed to cram the plates onto our small table till it overflowed with plates. It was quite inconvenient and we tried to signal him back after we finished our appetizer to clear the plate, but he was nowhere to be found. Digging in to our main courses - a chicken burrito and a beef enchilada - we were both disappointed at the lack of flavour. There just didn't seem to be any flavour to the meals. Also, the mexican rice and beans that accompanied both dishes was dried out and had a crusty texture. When the bill arrived, we were blown away at having to pay so exhorbitantly for a 45 minute "speed" meal that neither of us was able to finish eating.

They have a good basic menu, something for all tastes. It has nice ambiance, & the service is always friendly & good. They have a variety of specials that help with the budget, making this our choice for our "usual" restaurant.

The food is outstanding! The menu is amazingly large for such a small restaurant. The restaurant size is the problem. You are packed in - but all the food is so unique and delicious you just don't care. Don't let the line-up at the door put you off. The staff work at top speed, so the wait will not be too long. It's an enjoyable experience, just not leisurly dining.

Probably the worst waiter Ive ever had...we didnt even get a get an offer of a glass with our ciders. The nice couple beside us wanted to take their food away with them and the waiter tossed them a tiny take out container that was obviously too small, they struggled for a while with it and finally took what they could and left. Dude then comes over to our table and says 'for only two people they sure made an f-ing mess", the family behind us inquired about the nachos to which he replied "ive been serving that crap for 5 years now"..Ill never go back there to be served by him thats for sure. First of all, coming from someone who is used to fine dining in Vancouver, I want to say the food was quite good -- good flavors! Obviously, others agree with me as the restaurant was full! However, to have such a restaurant (casual but bordering on fine dining) and a poor wine list is a shame. Besides the quality of the wines on the list, my husband (who has been in the import wine business for almost 20 years) and I noticed AT LEAST 10 SPELLING MISTAKES ON THE WINE LIST! The food quality is poor, service is much better than the food. Value is fairly good, you get quite a bit of food for a good price. Cleanliness is gross!!! Numerous times I've been there and seated down to a dirty table and seat, not to mention the silverware spoted with food and water marks!! Have had tea with floaties in it, and a couple of times seen flies buzzing around in the middle of winter!!!!!!! Service is devine, now only if they could match that with the food/cleanliness.

Before dining at this restaurant I had never thought it possible to mess up Chinese Food. The restaurant wasn't even busy and it took over 40 minutes to get our dinner (there were only 3 of us). We are still absolutly appalled at how utterly DISGUSTING the food was! My chow mein was mushy and looked like it had been re-cooked several times, my brothers chicken balls were not balls but were little tiny chicken bits (really nasty!). We were all in shock..literally. None of us have ever, ever left a restaurant without being able to eat our food. It was that bad! It wasn't even edible, even my teenage brother who will eat pretty much ANYTHING thought he was going to be sick. We ordered a side order of what was suppossed to be Schezuen Pork...it was chunks of pork totally slathered in what looked like BBQ sauce...absolutely gross...not edible at all and definetely NOT Schezuen Pork! Our waitress could tell we weren't happy (we barely ate anything on our plates) so she just quickly dropped off our bill and made a run for it. Even our fortune cookies were stale!! The bill was $52 and I cringed the entire time I was paying it. I am still in shock and beyond grossed out!

The best "Dinner-for-one-(A)" I have ever had. I live in Richmond, so that should say something. The staff are incredible as is the owner who allows you to smoke when he is in. I make it a habbit of going to this restaurant at least three times a year. No other restaurant fulfills the relaxing desired effects that is required by me. Kenny is the man!!!
